Return Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange or if there are any discrepancies in your order when received by you, please contact the ALBAACTION.COM customer support team at 866-610-1373 ext. 103 for a Return Authorization Number(RMA). Please have your original invoice available when you call. If there are any discrepancies in your order, you must contact our company by the end of the next available business day after delivery. If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge. All customers will be required to obtain a RMA within 10 days of their delivery date and return the product to our company within 20 days of delivery. Obtaining an RMA does in any way guarantee a refund. Products approved for refund or exchange must be in new and unused condition. Only current industry product will be accepted for return. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return. Customers are responsible for return and exchanged shipment costs. Close out and special order items are not returnable. All accepted refunded product will be subject to a 25% restock fee. Restock fee will be waived in the event of an exchange for product of equal or greater value. If the value of the new product is greater than the value of the exchanged item, the customer is responsible for the difference. All warranty issues will be dealt with on an individual basic and will be handled according to the guidelines of each individual vendor. If a product is qualified under warranty, no restock fee will be applicable. All cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restock fee, unless the order is cancelled before we send it out to our vendors. All applicable restock fees will be deducted from the credit issued for the return. There will be no refund of shipping on partially shipped orders that are cancelled voluntarily by the customer. All refunds issued to credit cards will only be credited back to the card that was originally supplied by the customer when the initial order was placed. In the event that a customer’s credit card is no longer active and a refund is due, our accounting department will issue a check to the billable name on the order. All returns will be subject to inspection by a manger and will only be approved by a manger. ALBAACTION.COM cannot be responsible for items returned without a Return Authorization.
