Custom Exhausts
One area of focus in the Powersports market which has yielded great success for us is our high performance exhaust systems. Given the large variety in chassis and body configurations, we are making custom exhaust systems for these machines. We will route the exhaust in a configuration which will create maximum power. We will of course accommodate any special requests.
Dynamometer Testing, Tuning, and Race Preparation
Alba Action Sports is one of the only authorized dealers on the West Coast to have an in-house Performance Division. One key element to a successful performance shop is the ability to tune what we build. We have an in-house dynamometer which we can use to diagnose running issues, check for quality control and proper running, as well as tune as needed. In addition to dyno tuning, we can perform any required or requested work to help you prepare for your upcoming race. Engine Re-building & Maintenance.
We here at Team Alba have been involved in ATV and off-road racing since the very beginning! With over two decades of experience in off-road racing, we know what it takes to have a successful season. A big factor in success is keeping your engine in top-running condition. In the unfortunate event that a failure does occur, we are an authorized dealer for every major manufacturer including Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki and more. We have the ability to both maintain and re-build your engine in a short turn-around time. Contact our Performance department if you are experiencing mechanical or electrical problems or for details on our maintenance programs.
Custom Fabrication & Rigging
In addition to our extensive engine building experience, we are also fully capable to perform any chassis rigging as well as minor repair and fabrication. This includes wiring the critical components in an organized configuration, as well as creating fixtures to hold and support the sub-systems of the Trophy Kart.
